Summer businesses? Why are they so tempting!

This time of year people are eager to have fun and make money! For some reason, and it really does escape me, when summer comes most teens and students not only want to have fun but they also start looking for work.
This is great for the employers of the world, but what if you could MAKE your own business?
Be your own employer? Wouldn’t that be nice?  I don’t know about you, but when I was in high school, I wanted to make the most amount of money in the least amount of time.  This isn’t because I was lazy, it was because I wanted to have fun with my friends, go swimming and hiking.  I didn’t want to be stuck at the supermarket loading groceries into cars!

That is why I set out to make my own business. Surprisingly it was extremely simple, I thought I would be searching for months trying to find the right business.  But no it was about a week later I found out about airbrush tattoos.  I saw a young girl, about 17, doing them at a war reenactment.  She was busy ALL day long! I could not believe it, here is this young girl making piles of money on the weekend!  I was stoked to say the least.
As soon as I got home I searched the internet for some help.  Unfortunately there wasn’t anything like that then so I had to start from scratch.  But about 2 years later I had everything down and was at full speed.  It was amazing.

I didn’t have a tent the first year, which now I see is very important because it keeps the sun off you, which can tire you out a lot more quickly.  I also was using a “color changer” which, although seemed good on paper proved to be very cumbersome and awkward.  I then bought 8 airbrushes and life has never been the same!  Now I can spray 2-3 tattoos per minute, and with my average price tattoo at $5 I can make a lot in 1 hour.

Not only is the money good and it is easy to use, but all your equipment can be packed into the smallest of cars and even in a closet for the winter.  So all you college students out there … how does that sound? Not much space, less than $500 to get started and almost no ongoing costs.

An Airbrush tattoo booth is a fun, easy and cheap way to make money.  It is perfect for teens and college students as you only need to work on the weekends but you can make the same amount of money on that weekend as you would at a traditional part time job during the week.
